Before founding EEO Made Simple, Kert Quashie spent 15 years in Corporate America serving as an affirmative action and EEO compliance manager for several Fortune 200 companies.
Kert has personally developed thousands of affirmative action programs and managed hundreds of onsite audits. His law degree, combined with degrees in mathematics and statistics, provides a unique foundation for addressing both the legal and statistical requirements of affirmative action compliance.
